If you asked us before we had our encounter with the Holy Spirit, we would have told you that we were a happy family who loved each other and loved God. What was exposed and redeemed, though, is that we were a family who had buried insecurities, shame, guilt, contempt. We had hate, anger, and depression that anchored deep. So deep that our daughter became isolated and insecure, our son fell into suicidal ideation, Janice never felt comfortable with who she was, and I was at the head of it all.
How could we have come to such a place? We were Christians. We believed in God. We loved God. How could He let this happen to us?! Do you know what we learned? It wasn’t God at all. He had a different plan, one of redemption, peace, and joy.
Oh, don’t get me wrong we still have our battles. Many of the same battles we did years ago. The difference, though, is how we go through them. We are quicker to respond and choose accountability, choose respect, choose love. We learned who we are because of Whose we are.
We are the Taiseys. Sons and daughters of God who honor Him first above all things, in all ways, and at all times. We are disciplined warriors who lead in love and integrity so others will see Him.

It's going to take work - hard work - but you can't expect God to bless what you are unwilling to work for. Like all partnerships both parties have a responsibility. You have a role to play in the work He is going to do and now it's your move. He’s waiting for you to put things in order so He can reveal that next step in your transformation.
Our approach is simple. To be honest, you already have all the answers you need. God gave you the instruction manual, but we understand that you might need help navigating your way through it.
It's our mission to get you to agree with God's opinion of you and your spouse, Once that's done the rest will fall into place. There will be challenges, but we'll get through those together.

We offer biblically based mentorship built on truth, order, and accountability. We do this through both individual and couple sessions. This allows for full transparency, healing, and reaching that next level that God has waiting for you.
We'll begin at the "Alignment Phase". Not with each other right away, but your individual alignment

We'll begin at the "Alignment Phase". Not with each other right away, but your individual alignment with God. This will cover God as the authority, Your identity in Christ, and understanding how God views marriage.
Next we'll move into the "Structure Phase". Here you'll learn God's design for order, what servant leadership really means, and how to honor, love, and respect one another.
The "Process Phase" will be the next focus in your transformation. Here you'll learn communication, along with conflict, repentance, and forgiveness all as God designed. Then, you learn how to heal from past wounds. Those wounds will turn into scars that will build your testimony.
Next is the "Mission Phase". In this phase we move to marriage with a mission which focuses on moving from survival, or stagnation, into purpose and building a lasting legacy for your family.
